We will be hosting an OTRS User Group Meeting on July 26th, bringing together the OTRS Community to meet and greet, and to learn about OTRS from the OTRS Inc. team.

We'll provide food and drink, and a short presentation about the product roadmap, new developments in connecting OTRS to other applications, and the latest from the Open Source Community that is behind and supporting OTRS.
