André Mindermann co-founded OTRS GmbH in 2003. As the company's chief executive officer (CEO), he has helped to turn a popular Open Source project into one of the world's most promising new technology companies and guided OTRS AG through its successful flotation on the Frankfurt stock exchange in 2009.

Prior to OTRS, Andre held several top management positions in specialized IT outsourcing firms. From 2001 to 2004 he was co-founder and Managing Director of Techspan Enterprise GmbH, a joint German-Indian-American venture focused on Offshore Software Development. Before this, he founded and ran the Enterprise Consulting Group, a successful international professional services conglomerate focused on the airline and tourism industries.

Andre holds a degree in Business Administration from Frankfurt's Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University and is a published author on call centers and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI). He also has a keen personal interest in philosophy, which he continues to study at JWG University, and which he combines with his professional career by writing a regular column on philosophical issues in Manager Magazine.
