Michiel has 10+ years of experience in IT, of which he spent the last 6 years implementing ITIL based IT Service Management solutions.

Before joining OTRS, Michiel worked as a BMC Remedy ITSM consultant for several enterprise customers in Europe. He joined OTRS because he saw the attractiveness of the product offering for customers. He is proficient both at a technical and functional level.
