Paul is an experienced veteran of the technology industry, having worked in executive and managerial roles in cloud computing, open source software, database technology and on-demand applications.

Prior to OTRS, Paul was VP of Corporate Marketing at Greenplum, and before that VP of Customer and Community Development at Coghead. Previously he held roles at Spike Source, Red Hat and Cygnus Solutions ranging from product management and business development to support services. Paul has an MBA degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
