Werner Siebecke brings 19 years of international experience in IT Consulting, Solutions and IT Service Management to his role as Vice President, responsible at OTRS for Global Managed Services (GMS) and internal IT.

Werner joined Enterprise Consulting (merged with OTRS in 2009) in 2004 as Manager Business Development successfully managing the design and implementation of IT Service Management (ITIL®) as a strategic asset of the company. From 2006 to 2007 he led the functional design of OTRS ITSM, which has soon evolved to be the world leading ITIL® compatible Open Source IT Service Management solution. Previously, Werner held several senior management roles in global Consultancies putting IT strategies into action for renowned mid-size to large customer organizations. 

Werner holds graduate degrees in business administration and communications engineering (comparable to MSc.).
