Migration of your legacy system
We analyze the data structures of the legacy system prior to tool migration and map the data using the OTRS data structure. The binding expenditure estimation for tool migration and the formulation of a project plan are based on these sub-processes. To ensure a smooth continuation of procedures from the legacy system, processes and data are transferred as far as possible to the new OTRS based solution afterwards.
OTRS upgrade or platform replacement
Our competent consulting team is happy to assist you with all questions arising in the context of a migration to a higher release. It goes without saying that this also applies to the migration of an existing OTRS installation to another hardware or software platform.
