Since 2003 ((otrs)) is well known for its efficient and successfull open-source (IT-) Service Management solutions. OTRS is today the world's most distributed non-sector specific open-source software solution for (IT-)Service Management and the management of service processes of any type.

40 employess located at Cupertino, Sillicon Valley, California (USA) as well as the german headquarter in Bad Homburg v.d.H. (near Frankfurt/Main, Germany), and a subsidiary in Straubing (near Regensburg, Germany) provide professional services to more than 350 global customers. The amount of royalty-free operated productive installations is much higher and amounts to 70.000 (2009).

OTRS Inc. is not only a software manufacturer but offers a comprehensive set of business support services over the whole application lifecycle. The service offering includes consulting, adoption, integration, implementation, training and enterprise support.
