André Mindermann is Master of Business Administration and entrepreneur living in Frankfort - Germany. Prior to founding OTRS AG he founded the Enterprise Group an international Professional Service Provider and IT-Consulting Company focussing on IT- Outsourcing and Project Management mainly for Airlines and tourism related customers. From 2001 to 2004 he lead a german-indian-american Offshore Software Development Joint-Venture as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mindermann is author of several books and articles. With a keen interest in philosophy in the context of economical action he also wrote as a columnist for different national and international professional journals.

Director Sales & Marketing

Hauke Böttcher (*1969) is master of business administration, living in Frankfurt, Germany. In his position he is responsible for growing and managing ((otrs)) entire international corporate sales force and corporate communication.

Hauke Böttcher build-up the sales department and with his team contributed to growing the annual revenues to an above-average level. In this context his strenghts in conceptual design as well as a high degree of creativity lead to a wide distribution of OTRS.

Before working for OTRS Inc. Hauke was senior consultant responsible for sales, marketing & IT projects at Detecon Germany GmbH and Diebold Germany GmbH. 

Director Support

Stefan Rother, leader of the support department at OTRS Inc., brings many years of experience in building and growing service and support departments.
A strong passion for the open-source idea, both in technical terms and regarding working atmosphere, and a firm belief in ITIL processes characterize his work. Stefan understands to lead and form his team in an inimitable way, binding them together to provide our customers with the highest quality of service.

Christopher Kuhn is VP of OTRS Inc. and has strong experience in consulting organizations ranging from small non-profit organizations up to fortune 500 companies.
At an early time Christopher learned how to combine the advantages of open-source and proprietary software to serve customers in a cost-effective and best possible way.
Christopher's expertise includes project management, software engineering and more than a decade in operating systems like Linux and Windows.

Chairman of the supervisory board, Co-founder

Burchard Steinbild is a graduated Mathematician. Since 1987 he is used to develop under Unix. In 1992 he founded SuSE together with 3 of his friends. Taking his role as Chief Technology Officer and entrepreneur with tremendous technical expertise he was responsible for a major part of SuSE's Success Story. In 1999 he retired voluntarily to concentrate on his family life. Currently he is spending a part of his time and his full expertise consulting and helping young and innovative Software Companies to build up their business.

Chief developer & member of the supervisory board, co-founder

Martin Edenhofer is ranked among the Linux and Open Source Software pioneers. Edenhofer is inventor of OTRS as well as founder of the OTRS.org Project and still has one of the major parts in driving OTRS to success. Working for SuSE Linux as project manager and developer he signed responsible for STTS (SuSE's own Trouble Ticket System). In 2001 Edenhofer moved from SuSE to Lufthansa Systems.
