Bug# 3904 - Signing Mails with PGP or S/MIME not possible in AgentTicketEmail. No sign option is available.
Bug# 4054 - Bulk-action don't change ticket state in case of priority is disabled.
Bug# 3984 - RichText/HTML Notifications - Links to ticket system not "clickable" in email client thunderbird.
Bug# 4038 - Entering text for RTL languages like Persian is impossible in rich text mode.
Bug# 4046 - Dashboard New/Open do not show anything in "New Tickets" and "Open Tickets" section with PostgreSQL as database backend.

Bug# 4027 - RichText: Incoming emails written with MS Word 12 seems to be empty. Message is partially not shown in ticket zoom.
Bug# 4026 - Quote in Auto-Responses of new tickets which are created over the web interface are not plain text (HTML gets quoted). Quote in Auto-Responses based on emails are working fine.
