Single Package Installation

For OTRS ITSM professionals only! This option allows you to install OTRS ITSM on a server without an internet connection, a minimum feature system, or older versions of OTRS ITSM (due to non-bundled software).

Please make sure to read the the INSTALLING file before performing a manual installation of individual packages. It provides instructions on how to install and upgrade a running system.

OTRS Extensions

OTRS Extensions enhance the functional scope of OTRS Help Desk and can be easily installed by using the OTRS Package Manager and connecting with the online repository. Please note that to OTRS Extensions apply the same general recommendation as we have stated in the Beta Release section, we do not recommend beta releases of OTRS Extensions for use in production systems.
