System Monitoring

The OTRS extension SystemMonitoring facilitates the integration with your own Network and System Monitoring (NMS) solutions like Nagios, OpenNMS, HP Open View, IBM Tivoli or Microsoft Operation Manager. This integration allows you to efficiently monitor your services and the underlying configuration items (CI), i.e. IT infrastructure components that are required to provide these services to your customers according to the agreed SLAs. Prevention saves valuable time and helps to avoid SLA breaches. Trend analysis and automatic checks allow an active problem management, provide your team the tools to act before incidents occur.
