When a user selects a top-level service in a dropdown list, the system will automatically display all dependent sub-services in a separate dropdown list. If a sub-service is selected, the system will display all available sub-services again in a separate dropdown list.
This customization cannot be used when other customizations for the front-end modules PhoneTicket, EmailTicket or in the Customer panel are in use.
This feature is only available in ticket creation screens in the Agent and Customer panel.
