In a (professional) world that increases demands and pressure on their employees by deadlines, speed and globalization, the pressure on the individual is ever-increasing. In many companies employees are facing tasks and obstacles at the same time, which they find very difficult to cope with. This results in decreased performance and motivation.

In coaching, we support employees solution and goal-orientation. This serves as an instrument for supporting perception, creation and acceleration of processes. At the same time learning and performance can be improved by taking available resources into account.

Our approach is 'consulting without counsel' and means that the responsibility remains for themselves remains at our coachees, as we only see ourselves as responsible for the process. The coach helps you to observe closely, to question and to develop new solutions and alternative ways of understanding. By the release of untapped potential, the coachee also acquires better performance and more productivity.

LEADERSHIP COACHING

Typical motives for managers in coaching are recurring conflicts, crises and new challenges such as:

GROUP COACHING

In group coaching, the participants will benefit from the guided reflection by the coach, from the experience and feedback of others and also by learning from each other. By valuable insights into the views and behavior of others, the participant receives impressions and ideas for own tasks and questions.

Common themes are:

  • Over- and underload
  • Positioning and assertiveness in the team and the supervisor
  • Conflicts in teams or with colleagues, self-assessment, motivation and performance
  • Behavioral Pattern: when the same errors are made.
