Managing the service quality more efficiently requires a regular customer feedback analysis. The extension allows you to automatically send a pre-defined survey to your end user and get the results analyzed by OTRS.

Survey Overview
Current list of all surveys that are available in a separate survey overview
Unique identifier per survey
Descriptive titles help to select the appropriate survey and survey report
Set surveys to valid / invalid
Survey Creation
Create new surveys
Assigning status information to a new survey: Master, New, Valid, Invalid
Include an introduction, subject and body message
Add descriptive internal notes
Define a sender adress
Assigning queues for that the survey will be used
Add questions and classify their type, e.g. radio box, check box and free text area to allow a customer to provide open feedback
Define standardized and selectable answers to the questions
Define the questions' sort order
Classify the active survey as 'Master'
Sending out a Survey
Survey notification will be automatically sent by email if a ticket is closed
Automatic link to the survey page is included in the notification
Feedback per user to the same survey is limited to one reply
Survey Reporting
A Survey Result Graph provides a snapshot of the current survey analysis report
Grant managers access to the survey by assigning the appropriate permissions
