Setup Wizard
Your OTRS OnDemand experience starts with a fast and easy setup wizard. The setup wizard lets you select and use a pre-configured Business Scenario to quickly get up and running, or Build Your Own system to meet your unique requirements. Additional steps will help you connect OTRS OnDemand with your email, set up service names and queues, and customize OTRS OnDemand in other ways.
Dashboard
After completing the setup wizard, you arrive at the OTRS OnDemand Dashboard, a customizable view of what's happening in your system. The Dashboard default configuration is shown here, providing a view of tickets categorized as Reminder, Escalated, New and Open. A graph of operating statistics and links to your Help Center offer useful information to your agents and administrators.
Statistics
OTRS OnDemand offers a wealth of statistics and reports you can use to understand, track and optimize your service operation. You can view reports at a high level and then "drill down" to the level of detail needed.
Admin Panel
OTRS OnDemand includes a rich array of administration tools, allowing complete flexibility in the way your manage agents, customer information, email, queues, services & SLAs, priorities, and all other operational aspects of your system.
