OTRS Names Paul Salazar to Manage International Expansion
New General Manager to Grow North American Presence and Worldwide Sales

Mr. Salazar will apply his wealth of experience in global markets to manage OTRS growth in North America and worldwide.

As General Manager, Mr. Salazar is responsible for the growth of OTRS market share in North America, and for worldwide sales and marketing. He brings executive experience in cloud computing, open source software, database technology, and on-demand applications. Prior to OTRS, Salazar had served as VP of Corporate Marketing at Greenplum, and VP of Customer and Community Development at Coghead. He has also held senior director-level roles at Spike Source, Red Hat, and Cygnus Solutions in marketing, product management, business development, and support. He started his career as a hardware design engineer at Ampex Corporation. Mr. Salazar holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
