OTRS AG appoints Sabine Riedel to the Managing Board

Bad Homburg, July 5, 2012: Sabine Riedel has been appointed to the Managing Board of the OTRS AG with immediate effect. OTRS AG is the vendor and the world’s leading provider for Open Source Help Desk and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions of the same name (WKN A0S9R3). Sabine Riedel, who has been working for the company since 2006 and held the position of the Vice President Global Human Resources, will be responsible for the areas of Marketing and Human Resources.

A self-proclaimed goal of Sabine Riedel will be to give significant and innovative input to the decisions made by the Managing Board that involve strategic planning, realization, the further development of the global team, and marketing. In doing so, she can not only trust in her experience of recruiting, human resource development, and management consulting, but also in cross-cultural management. In addition to her function in the OTRS Group, Sabine Riedel manages her own training and counsulting business.
The decision to strengthen the Managing Board with an additional position originated from the implication of a strong service orientation and the ongoing dynamic growth over the last years. Moreover, the company’s listing in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange was accepted on June 29, 2012. With the change in the Entry Standard Level, the OTRS AG commits to a higher transparency and stricter adherence to communication regulations. The company thereby reacts on the increased interest of institutional and private investors.
