OTRS AG appoints Sabine Riedel to the Managing Board

Sabine Riedel is member of the Managing Board of the OTRS AG, effective immediately

She is responsible for the areas of Marketing and Human Resources

 

Bad Homburg, July 5, 2012: Sabine Riedel has been appointed to the Managing Board of the OTRS AG with immediate effect. OTRS AG is the vendor and the world’s leading provider for Open Source Help Desk and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions of the same name (WKN A0S9R3). Sabine Riedel, who has been working for the company since 2006 and held the position of the Vice President Global Human Resources, will be responsible for the areas of Marketing and Human Resources.

The decision to strengthen the Managing Board with an additional position originated from the implication of a strong service orientation and the ongoing dynamic growth over the last years. Moreover, the company’s listing in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange was accepted on June 29, 2012. With the change in the Entry Standard Level, the OTRS AG commits to a higher transparency and stricter adherence to communication regulations.
