This feature is perfect for Call Centers and IT Service Providers or any company that wants to assign time quotas to its customers and manage them in OTRS.
This feature provides a new Dashboard Widget in the customer information center where time quotas and reference numbers, such as Purchase Order numbers, can be assigned to customers and where the current status of the quota is shown.
Additionally, agents can record the working time for the customer in the ticket view and the customer can see the status of the quota in the customer portal. With this OTRS can be used as a time accounting software.
